Dear Maria, we are so sad to hear of John’s passing. Our hearts are heavy. He was such a wonderful guy! I remember him always smiling, so kind, and such a gentle soul! We have been keeping you all in prayer and will continue to as we pray for John. We hope you feel God’s loving presence surrounding you and holding you up during this time. I will always remember John's engaging smile and warmth. His heart to care for others exhibited by his love and leadership of the Food Pantry ministry and as an Elder enriched so many others lives. Together he and Maria were a team consistently showing Jesus' love to those around them. We miss you, John and will "see you later."

My husband and I cherished our times with John & Maria. They were a great blessing to our lives in many aspects. His love & commitment in serving the Lord was express by example. His love for Maria & children were also expressed. We will miss the visits that he and Maria arranged during their lay overs in Chicago. Bro Rao we know you are with the Lord but we will miss you precious man of God. ❤️
