Laura,
I'm so sorry to learn of your dad's passing. I just watched the lovely video tribute, it's clear he had a great life and loving family. This is a difficult time to cope with such a loss, know I'll be thinking of you.

I had the pleasure of working for Dale @ the Kesselring Site of KAPL; my very 1st job @ KAPL back in 1959-1969. He was a fine boss along with Ray Leonard and Ray Barriere. We all respected Dale & enjoyed coming to work every day; may he RIP.

The Dolezals were our neighbors on Sandalwood Lane for many years. There was an ongoing neighborhood ping pong tournament that rotated from house to house over the years. Dale was a tremendous player. He always remained calm. No matter how hard I would hit a shot to him, he would just move his paddle and send the ball back. I would be frustrated and he just stood there with a grin. I am fortunate to have known him. My love to his family.

Knowing Dale, Sheila and the family as neighbors and friends was a privilege that I will always cherish. I met Dale through theater in both Pashley Players and Schenectady Civic Players. I acted with him and also directed him and he was always a gentleman and a delight with whom to work. As parents we enjoyed our children's school life together at times, especially the antics of Marydale and my Robin. Dale was always a quiet, positive person to be with and lived a life that will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to Sheila and the family in their time of loss.
Sincerely,
Sally Farrell

Dale and Sheila have been our friends for years. We have many happy memories together, such as trips together, bridge, many dinners and celebrations. Dale and Ken were in a poker group together for more years than I can remember. He was always quiet and soft spoken. Our hearts are broken. Our prayers go out to Sheila and the family. With Love, Gladys & Ken Petersen
