I worked with Sandy as a customer of hers when she was at Verizon and I was at Union College. She was a project manager who helped us upgrade our entire phone system more than once. What I really remember about Sandy was how kind and funny she was. We had many many laughs while working very very hard. She was a delight and I missed her so much when she retired. I think she was born on Flag Day right? We talked about her life and her kids! She was a proud mother. Rest in peace Sandy. Diane McNamara
