Liz, Phoebe, Will, Matt, Chris, Gloria and the rest of the family- Kernan blessed us all at PLC. I am so sorry for your loss. He cared in his unique way for each of Family Camp attendees; as others mentioned Kernan made us smile as he sparked imaginations. Talent show nights are treasures with K’s poems. He will be missed. Tommy Holecek sent me a message to let me know of Kernan's passing. I am sad for you, Liz, and for the rest of his family. But I am not sad for him. He had a good life and gave delight to a lot of people. I consider him one of my wisest friends and mentors. I will continue to think of him when I work in my garden! The photo is of a beautiful Japanese maple tree in Evergreen Cemetery, where I often walk. Sending LOVE!
