Obituary of Deborah L. Grandis

Deborah L. Grandis, 67, passed peacefully on December 8, 2020. Born in Schenectady, NY to late parents, Louis and Tillie (Perlman) Grandis. She graduated from Linton High School in 1968 and received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Schenectady County Community College. For many years she worked as an LPN for Hospice.

 Her family was the most important part of her life, she adored and cherished her grandchildren.

Deborah was an avid cook. Her signature dish was a Kasha Kugel. Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving. She enjoyed long summer days spent at the family cottage up north. She was an animal lover, especially "Precious", her cat.

To continue her memory and carry on her legacy are her children,  Lisa (Julio) Claudio, Leah (Clifford) Johnson, and Eric (Antoinetta) Jacobs. Her  cherished grandchildren; Sarah Egnor, DeAnna Lince, Lamionna Threatt, Brianna Thomas, Kenny Stuckey, Izayiah Wooden, Michael and Carmen Jacobs, two great grand children,  her brothers, Steven and Russell Grandis; as well as several nieces and nephews.
