To my oldest friend, Chris, and to David and Linda and your kids and grandkids, my condolences in your time of loss.
I have very fond memories of my childhood growing up on Birch Lane in Glenville. Most of them include you, Chris, and times that I spent at your house. I loved your mom and dad. They were both fine people and were always very kind to me, even when I didn't deserve it. Any time I came back to visit my childhood home I would always stop by the house and knock. If your mom was home she always invited me in and spent time talking to me. Even if you weren't there. She always took the time and showed interest in me, my family, and how I was doing. I remember the last time I dropped by. She made coffee and we stood in the kitchen talking for a while. Buddy was still very young and she told me how proud she was of you and how much she loved being a grandmother.
I know she will be missed.
