Neil was a wonderful person and teacher! One of my sisters, my brother and both of my girls were his students at Edinburg Common. They all loved him.
I was a homeroom mother and bus driver during those years. Priscilla Edwards

Mr Swingruber was one of the best teachers in the world. He was always involved in everything that went on in ECS. He made sure that everyone in the school was taken care of in more ways than one. What a great model to look up too.

Sincere sympathy to the family of the best principal ever.. May he rest in peace and fly high.. He was very loved by all of his students.. I remember there was a bad storm that downed power lines while we were in school.. My parents weren't home so Mr. Swingruber took me to my grandmothers house and carried me all the way to the door. He was such a thoughtful person and a joy to have as my teacher. Prayers for all of his family and friends
