Obituary of Jeff Keegan Axworthy

Jeff Keegan Axworthy, 38, passed away suddenly on April 30,2021. Born in Castro Valley, CA he was the son of Nicolette Pirrone and C. Matthew Axworthy.
Jeff graduated from St John's the Evangelist School, & was an Altar Boy under Father Provost.
Jeff was a 2001 graduate of Scotia Glenville High school and for the past ten years worked for NYSDMV Hazmat Unit as a Supervisor.
He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying kayaking, hiking, fishing and biking. Jeff loved his gardens and enjoyed growing organic foods and plants. He enjoyed sharing his gardening knowledge and experience with all he knew. Jeff was an awesome chef and enjoyed making meals for family and friends. Jeff will be remembered for his generous, loving and sensitive nature.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother Nicolette Pirrone and his dear brother Christian LeVielle, step father Matthew LeVielle, his father C. Matthew Axworthy, sisters Lauren and Valerie Axworthy, his best friend Brittney Farnum and their canine companions, Sandwich and Slinky. His loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will cherish and miss him for evermore.
Jeff will be remembered by all who knew him, as a friendly, fun loving man who cherished life.
Calling hours for Jeff will be held on Wednesday May 5, 2021 from 11am to 1pm at St. John the Evangelist Church, 806 Union Street Schenectady. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow 1 pm at the church.
