Obituary of Katherine A. Roddy

Katherine A. Roddy, 51, passed away suddenly on May 18, 2021 at her home. Born in Schenectady she was the daughter of the late Edward and Sandra (Costello) Roddy. Kathy was a 1987 graduate of Mont Pleasant and since 1992 worked for NYS Office for Technology currently as the Supervising Computer Operator.  Katherine loved her family and will be fondly remembered for her big heart and caring demeanor.

Left to cherish her memory are her siblings David Roddy, Stephen Roddy, Kimberly Miele-Roddy and her sister in law Linda Roddy. Also surviving is her aunt Florence Simmons, nieces Krystal, Sara, Katelyn and Kristen and her great nephews and niece Jacob, Jason, Joseph, Jonathan and Jeweliana.

In addition to her parents Kathy was predeceased by her brother Philip Roddy.

Graveside services for Katherine will be held on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at 11am at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Glenville. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
