MOMDUKES,
I miss you so much already. I repeatedly want to send you texts, funny memes, funny videos, and it’s been so hard. I know you are happy and peaceful wherever you are just like when you were here with us. I feel your presence with me everywhere I go now. And I’m glad because it gives me strength. I love you so much.

I have such great memories of Ruth (and Ken) from those softball days of yore! Ruth was not afraid to speak her mind when she needed to! Ruth was a giving spirit and was totally dedicated to the girls and especially to her daughter, Kelly. She was a terrific coach along with Ken and it was fun to see her in action. Lisa and I are so sorry for your loss and want you to know we are thinking of you at this difficult time.

Without question some of the best memories of the Miss Shen days involve Ruth and Ken. Their dedication to their teams was total...but most importantly their humanity, compassion, and sense of humor were gifts to all of us. My deepest sympathy to your family.

So many fond memories from our softball days. I remember her teaching me how to be a catcher, not to mention all the other drills she put us through! I'll always look back on those times with a smile, and it's because of the love for the game and team that your parents had. My thoughts are with you all.
