Obituary of James F. Heath IV

James F. Heath IV, 30, passed away on August 13, 2021, at Saratoga Hospital with his family at his side. Born in Niskayuna, NY he was the son of James Heath III and Mechelle (Sellers) Heath. James was raised in Gansevoort, NY and Leechburg, PA.  He attended Schenectady County Community College where he obtained a degree in Culinary Arts.  On June 29, 2012, he married the love of his life Angela (Burke) Heath. The couple welcomed two children, who were his pride and joy. James was currently employed at SUNY Albany as a Motor Vehicle Operator. He enjoyed camping, hiking, and cooking.  He was an avid board and card game player with a competitive spirit.  James and Angela bought a fixer-upper as their first home and James did the majority of the renovations. Most importantly James cherished the time he was able to spend with his family.

In addition to his parents James and Mechelle Heath, he is survived by his wife Angela Heath, daughter Evangeline Heath and son James “Jimmy” Heath V. His siblings Mark (Liz), Christina, John, Rosa, Maria and Marrissa Heath, nephew Ethan Heath, grandmothers Nancy Heath and Rose Sellers, mother- and father-in-law Michael Burke Sr. and Kathy Burke, brother-in-law Michael Burke Jr., along with many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services for James will be private for the family. James will be laid to rest at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Glenville.
