Ken was the very best neighbor a couple could ask for. My wife and I lived next door to the Zemans at 16 Edgewood Drive for just over 33 years. Ken was like another dad, always ready with a suggestion or an offer to help. He volunteered to watch our home back in 2011 when we began to spend our winters in Florida. He was amazing, checking every ceiling for leaks, the basement, shoveling where the plow guy missed, and even starting and moving our second car. You just don't find people like Ken any more. We knew Ken was involved in his church, City Mission and Habitat but attending his funeral service, I realized how much of himself he gave to his church and to his community. Ken, please know we will continue to give Nancy sauce and meatballs, one of your favorite meals. Rest In Peace, Ken. You will be missed by many.

To Mom Zeman, Cindy, Mark and Gregg,
It is with deep regret that Donna I are unable to attend Ken’s services. We are currently in Lake Placid until Monday doing some hiking. Ken and the whole Zeman Family meant a great deal to me. Truly you were all my second family as you know. Many Great Memories building the Edgewood Drive house, doing wood projects in the basement, hiking and camping, playing volleyball and sometimes getting into trouble of which I would pin many of those times on Mark. I’m sure Ken never knew most of it so it is just as well and I will of course keep that to myself. I will think of Ken fondly as I walk through the Adirondacks this weekend and we’ll into my life as those moments I do treasure. Love to All, Dan & Donna King

What sad news. We had the pleasure of knowing "Kenny and Nancy" since their
marriage. Despite the old age we share we didn't expect to see them separated
in our lifetimes. We send Nancy and all the family our deep sympathy. We have lost
a talented, funny, calm and caring person from our earthly abode.
