Obituary of Adina S. Mossa

Adina Mossa, 39, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Ellis Hospital.

Born July 11, 1982, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Mossa and Janine Pattee.

Adina spent most of her career in the restaurant industry. She was always eager to learn, and particularly loved to know more about astronomy and how it pertains to religion and spirituality. She had a special affinity for animals of all kinds. She also loved all things shiny and glittery, earning her the nickname “Sparkle” at work and matching the radiance she gave off to anyone she encountered.

Adina spent her days with unbridled love and compassion for the family and friends she kept closer to her heart. Through gratitude, devotion, and an ever-warm presence, Adina’s character reminded everyone around her to always seek the beauty in this world, especially in the face of adversity.

She is survived by her children Ethan and Riley, mother Janine (Frank), and sister Lydia. She is also survived by several cousins, as well as nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father, Joseph.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday December 29, 2021, from 4-7pm at the Glenville Funeral Home 9 Glenridge Road Glenville.
