Obituary of Lisamarie L. Capullo-Campoli

Lisamarie L. Capullo-Campoli, 55, peacefully went home to the Lord with family by her side on January 6, 2022.

Born in Schenectady, NY on March 25, 1966, the beloved daughter of Martin and Carol (Pedone) Capullo, she graduated Mohonasen High School in 1985. Following graduation, she followed her dream of owning a beauty, hair and nail salon and became part owner of PLUSH HAIR STUDIO in Glenville. She met her husband, Gary Campoli and have been together 34 years. Besides spoiling Gary, she loved animals, baking her famous cookies, and caring for her family and friends.

Lisamarie was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Robert and Florence Pedone, her paternal grandparents: Charles and Nancy Capullo; mother-in-law, Eileen Campoli.

She leaves behind her beloved companion Gary; her loving parents, Martin and Carol Capullo; Father- in- law, Anthony Campoli; beloved sister Carolyn (James) Leffingwell, brother, Martin J. (Deborah) Capullo Jr.; brother-in-law, Gregg (Colleen) Campoli. She is survived also by her cherished nephews and nieces, Shelbi ,Ricky,  Sydney Leffingwell, Jayson Capullo  and Anthony Campoli.

The family would like to acknowledge the compassionate and caring doctors and nursing staff at Westchester Medical Center.

Calling hours for Lisamarie will be held Thursday, January 13, from 5 PM to 8 PM at Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. Please be respectful of Covid (mask) precautions.

All are welcomed to attend a Mass of Christian Burial: Friday (Jan.14th) 11:00am at St. John the Evangelist Church, Union St. Schenectady with Rev. Richard A. Carlino officiating. Burial will follow in the Pedone Family gravesite at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
