Obituary of Rosalie A. Bowman

Rosalie A. Bowman, 81, "Rose", died suddenly at her home, November 22, 2022. She passed away peacefully doing what she enjoyed, yardwork. She leaves behind the love of her life, Bruce Bowman. Rose was born in Schenectady on April 16, 1941.  She was the loving daughter to the late Emilio and Rosina DiCarlo Mezzone. She graduated from Mont Pleasant High School. She was employed from the age of 17 at Bellevue Maternity Hospital, elevating to the business office manager position  for Bellevue Woman's Care (part of Ellis Medicine) in Niskayuna. Rose married Bruce Bowman on September 26, 1996. She took great pride in taking care of her home, inside and out. Sometimes later relaxing with a glass of wine.  She was of the Catholic Faith.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Bruce, and her sister, Mary DiNovo (Philip) of Albany.

Funeral services for Rose will be conducted on Wednesday, November 30th at 12 noon at Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. Scotia-Glenville. Relatives and friends are cordially invited and may also call at the Glenville Funeral Home from 10-12 pm prior to the service.
