Obituary of Jeffrey Pierson

Jeffrey Pierson, 47, died on May 15, 2014, at his home from of natural causes. Jeff was born in Schenectady, the son of Roland and Lynette (Gridley) Pierson of West Glenville. He was a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School and has been a heavy equipment operator and mechanic for several area contractors and builders including William N. Larned and Sons and most recently for Fogg's Automotive Jeff took comfort in the outdoors and with nature, had a passion for farming as well as enjoying snowmobiling. In addition to his parents, he will be greatly missed by his brother, William G. (Kristina) Pierson; his nieces: Elise McKenzie and Alexandra Brooke Pierson, all of Wilmington, NY; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, May 19, from 5-7 PM at Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. East Glenville. Private committal service to be held by family.
