Obituary of Josephine Miller

Josephine Miller (nee: DeMarco), 92, of Scotia, passed away peacefully at Baptist Health and Rehabilitation Center on August 8 2014. She was the daughter of the late John and Genevieve Marra DeMarco. Josephine moved to Scotia in 1950. She was employed at the Carl Company in Schenectady for several years . Josephine was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Scotia. Her beloved husband, Roscoe Miller died in 1969. Survivors include her daughters, Virginia Rae Andersen (Alan) of Scotia, Judy Penta of Schenectady and her step-son, Ronald Miller of Duluth, MN. Her beloved grandchildren, Lorijo (Chad) McConnelle and Jon Stahl Andersen and great granddaughhter Zoey McConnele. Calling hours will be held at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. Scotia-Glenville Wednesday August 13, from 6-8 PM. Reltives and friends are cordially invited. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at St. Joseph's Church 226 First Avenue in Scotia at 10am. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery,Schenectady.
