Obituary of Stanley Jendrazak

Stanley J. Jendrazak, 75, died August 11, 2014 at the Vermont Respite House, Williston, VT. Stanley was born in Amsterdam, NY, the son of the late Joseph and Nellie (Goscinski) Jendrzejczak. He was a graduate of Amsterdam High School and attended Albany Business College and the University at Albany. Stan was a member of the Stratton Air National Guard. He worked as a programmer/analyst for the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets, Social Services, as well as the Department of Tax & Finance. Stan was an avid stamp and coin collector; enjoyed surf fishing, metal detecting as well as down hill and cross country skiing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling. Survivors include his beloved wife of 55 years, Mary Ann; his devoted daughters: Sharon (Jeff) Jendrazak Bourdeau of Burlington, VT and Robin Jendrazak of Wilmington, NC. His sister-in-law, Chris Baccari, a niece and nephew as well as several cousins also survive. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Saturday, August 16, 2014, from the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Saratoga Rd., Glenville, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call on the family at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd., East Glenville from 6 to 8 pm on Friday August 15. Interment will take place in The Gerald B. H. National Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Stanley's name are requested to be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211.
