My condolences to Marcia's family. I was on the faculty during the time Marcia was on the Cobleskill College Council. I was doing institutional research and received strong support and attention from Marcia. I was impressed with her love for the college and willingness to spend her time and considerable talents in doing all she could to make it a great college.

My condolonences to the entire Germain family. Marcia was always kind and generous to me when I was a kid. I especially liked her sense of humor. She was always very welcoming -- and clearly she passed on that quality to her children. Scott's never hosted a gathering that couldn't hold one more. I was a lucky little kid to have Marcia in my neighborhood back in the 70s. RIP. - Steve

Memories are a wonderful and precious gift that makes us who we are. I’m sorry I am not there to share in the family memories and celebration of Marcia’s life. I’m proud to have her as a part of me and my family. I have fond memories of her smile, laughter and positive outlook on life. I also have fond memories of her visits to Tampa over the years. She was usually here in the spring when the orange trees blossomed and that fragrant smell will always remind me of her spirit. She always made me feel welcome in her home and had a genuine interest in the lives others. I hope you find comfort and joy from all of your happy memories.
