Obituary of Ann Schultz

Ann E. Schultz, 70, died peacefully December 7, 2014 in the presence of her husband John. Born in Troy, NY on January 18, 1944 she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Tanner. Ann grew up in Brunswick and graduated from Lansingburgh High School. She married her beloved husband John L. Schultz in 1972. Ann had a passion for cooking and was known for her delicious meals. Most of all she adored being surrounded by her family and spoiling her grandchildren. She was of the Catholic Faith. Survivors include her husband John, her son John Toftegaard (Nora) of Glenville, daughters, Darlene Prince (Ken) of Burnt Hills, Karyn Agneta(Paul) Troy, Christine Henderson (Robert), Mechanicville; a brother, William Tanner Jr., her sisters, MaryLou Durant (Richard),Patricia Tanner, Adele Roth (Gary), Barbara Hebert (late Richard) and Susan Manzi (Mario); six cherished grandchidren: Brooks Voorhis, Sarah and Bradley Prince, Amanda Agneta, John Toftegaard Jr and Meghan Toftegaard.. A Liturgy of the Word will celebrate Ann's life at 4:30 PM on Friday, December 12, at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd. with Rev. Jerome Gingras celebrant.
