Victor Oginski, 63, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2015.
Victor was an outgoing man who enjoyed being with family and friends. He found happiness in helping others.
Throughout his life, Victor was an avid stamp and coin collector. Another appreciation of Victor was fishing; he found relaxation and serenity in the sport.
Victor's legacy is his family. Survivors include Wife, Sandra (Fleming) Oginski; children: Vincent, Brian Oginski, Victoria Balch, Amanda Oginski.
All services for Victor Oginski are private at the family's request.
