Obituary of Carol Lynn Appell-Jordan

Carol Lynn Appell-Jordan, 52, of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away on January 30, 2016 at Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY with her loving family by her side. Carol Lynn was born in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked for many years as a hair stylist at many local salons. Most recently, at Innovations Hair Salon, located in Malta. She enjoyed drawing, gardening and creating crafts. Carol Lynn loved being outdoors, and was an animal lover. She especially had a loyal attachment for her husky dog, Shilo. Carol is best remembered for her admiration of family, and her grandchildren whom she loved to spoil. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Jordan of Saratoga Springs. Her parents Raymond and Darlene Held of Port Charlotte, FL. Her son, Craig Appell Jr. (Sarah) of Glenville, her daughter Jessica Lee Callahan (Nicholas) of Schenectady, and her cherished grandchildren Jordyn and Harper Callahan. Her sister Cheryl Mayfield of Mission Hills, CA. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, February 4, from 5 to 7 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Rd.
