Obituary of Wayne George Redmond

Wayne George Redmond, 68, passed away on April 18, 2016 at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Born in Niskayuna he was the son of Lucy (Lafountain) and the late Carroll Redmond. In addition to his mother, Lucy Redmond, he is survived by his brother Ronald P. Redmond, 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, as well as his special friend, Christen. One of Wayne’s greatest joys was playing EverQuest with his granddaughter Chelsey. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 12:00pm at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Road, Glenville. Relatives and friends may call prior to the service beginning at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady NY.
