Obituary of Kevin Lynn Aldridge

Kevin L. Aldridge passed away on August 13, 2016 with his family and dog Philly by his side. Kevin was born on May 18, 1958 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and grew up in Rome, NY. He graduated from Rome Free Academy and Utica College. He recently retired from Stewart’s after twenty very rewarding years of service. Kevin is survived by his loving wife Cindy and loving son Brian, his father Everett Aldridge, and sister Debbie Wurz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He enjoyed vacationing in Maine and Stone Harbor, NJ, and watching the sunsets at Sylvan Beach at his family’s camp. He loved spending time with his dog, Philly, walking him to his favorite schoolyard and tossing the ball. When it came to sports, Kevin was a loyal New York fan while Brian is an avid Philadelphia fan and they enjoyed a friendly rivalry. Kevin and Cindy would like to express their gratitude for the loving care provided by Hospice of Schenectady and for the support from the staff of the NY Oncology practice in Clifton Park. The family will hold a private celebration of Kevin’s life. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Ave, Scotia, NY 12302.
