Obituary of Angeline T Choquette

Angeline (Angie )T. Choquette , 93, passed away peacefully on August 29,2016 with her family by her side. Angie was born in Schenectady, NY on March 28, 1923 and was the daughter of the late Louis and Teresa Malizia. Angie was the loving wife of late Arthur Choquette with whom she shared over 65 years. Angie loved her family, friends and cooking and lived to cook with her granddaughter Kristen. She also enjoyed watching her Grandson, Bobby in all his sport activities, especially hockey. Over the years both her and her husband enjoyed their camp on Galway Lake and all the family and friends who gathered there. She was predeceased by her brothers George and Louis Malizia. Survivors include her son Robert A. Choquette (Cindy) of Burnt Hills and a daughter Donna Wissenbach (Henry) of Clifton Park, her cherished grandchildren, Robert Choquette, Jr , Kristen M. Choquette and her husband Luke Quackenbush. The family wishes to thank her nieces Carol, Joni, and Nancy and her nephew George for all the love and affection they showed her over the years. They would also like to express their deepest appreciaion to Clara for being not only a great cousin but a true friend throughout her life. In addition, the family would like to thank Dr. Phillp Hunter and Lacey Morgan, MS FNP for the many years of wonderful care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today at 12 noon at St Isaac Jogues Church ,9P Saratoga Lake with the Rev. R. Hohenstein officiating. A calling hour will precede the service at the church. Interment will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1255 Pleasant St. Schenectady NY 12309 or to the Animal Protection facility 53 Maple Avenue, Scotia, NY 12302.
