I am so sad to learn of Tony's passing. He was a lovely man, so caring and attentive. I always looked for him whenever I was in Gershon's. Some years back I got in the habit of getting a large pan of Gershon's macaroni and cheese every Friday to bring to my mother. She was battling a second bout of cancer, and her teeth weren't good, so she just loved that delicious comfort food. Tony would always ask me how she was doing. He was a very special person and will be missed.

Jean,
As your friend of over 45 years, my heart is broken for this second great loss in your life. Tony's friendship came to me through you and so I did not have the privilege of a long friendship with him, but in the time we did share, I quickly became aware of what a good and kind man he was. I enjoyed his laughter, his spirit and his energy. He may not have had a long life, but I believe it was a full one.
