All this and more you see…
Mentor, whisperer, friend, she is all this and more you see,
For without her nudge, I would not be me.
Happiness was something I didn’t think I knew, but my mentor and friend thought differently.
She spoke to me in a way that no one else could. It meant the world to me.
Nothing was missing; it was there within me, like a shining light on a clear blue sea.
Genuine, kind, forgiving and free, she is a woman who brought out the best in me.
What else could she be?
Grateful and thankful, what else could I be?
Mentoring, whispering… all this and more you see,
For without my nudge, how can you be the best you can be?
