We extend our most sincere condolences in the sudden passing of Rich Gerlach. Rich was a good friend and associate, in Christ Church, Schenectady. I have a special memory of sailing with Rich on Lake George.
We pray the Lord's blessings and grace on Deb and all of the family, in this time of change. He will provide.

Dear Gerlach Family,
I was heartbroken to hear of the sudden loss of your beloved husband, father and grandfather. Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss. As I type this message I am looking at the memorial card for my daughter Abigail in front of my computer. We had her funeral at Glenville Funeral home as well. My prayer for you at this time is that you experience the comfort of the Savior who defeated death and the grave. I pray that in the grief and pain of loss you feel the love of our Savior. Please remember that Jesus said he was the Resurrection and the Life and that those who believe in Him would never die. Please be assured of my prayers at this time.
Sincerely,
Matthew Hogan

Dear Gerlach family, I am so sorry to have read of the recent death of your loved one Richard. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon Jehovah God through his son Christ Jesus is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all the causes we have for suffering including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me when I've lost loved ones and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives. If you would like to read these Scriptures online for free or find more comforting thoughts, please visit jw.org Please accept my deepest sympathy on your loss.
Sincerely, Trudy Nowell - Panama City Beach, FL
