Obituary of Jacqueline A. Oberle
Jacqueline A. Oberle, 73, passed away peacefully at home, after an extended illness, on May 2, 2018.
Born on August 15, 1944, in Appleton, Wisconsin, Jacqueline was predeceased by her parents Doris and Elmer Boldt, and by her sister Carlene A. Boldt.
Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Nicholas, by her son Paul M. (Larissa) Oberle and her daughter Kathryn A. Oberle, and by her brother James A. (Patricia) Boldt, along with her grandchildren Nicholas A. Oberle, Hope A. Oberle, and Aaron C. Oberle. She is also survived by her nephew Mark (Michelle) Boldt and niece Jennifer (David) Wuotila.
Jacqueline graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton, Wisconsin, and from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She worked in that field at Leonard Hospital in Troy, NY until leaving to raise her children and devote herself to her family. Jacqueline was a long time active member of King of Kings Evangelical Lutheran Church, having served as a Sunday School teacher, Altar Guild and choir member.
Calling hours will be from 4 PM to 8 PM. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Road, Scotia-Glenville, NY.
A Christian funeral service will be held at King Of Kings Evangelical Lutheran Church , 1593 Crescent Road, Clifton Park, NY. on Friday, May 11 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, and will immediately follow the service.
