Obituary of Maria Whitehead

Maria Whitehead SchenectadyMaria White- head, 85, a resident of Kings- way Community since 1995, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2013 at the nursing home. Born in Manhattan, NYC, she worked as a legal secretary for the Kaye Scholer Law Firm in NYC for over 20 years. Maria was predeceased by her son, Anthony Silva and her stepsister, Rose Abbema. Survivors include her broth-er, Joseph Rodriguez of Los Angeles, CA and sister, Angie Solano of NYC. Maria was the dear friend of Connie Gerardi of Scotia. A special thank you is ex-tended to the C-Wing staff at Kingsway Arms for their love and attentiveness to Maria dur- ing her nine years of quality care. Funeral services are private and will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
