Obituary of Darcy A. Foust

Darcy Allison Foust passed away in her sleep at home in Galway on July 25, 2018. She was born in Niskayuna, NY on October 26, 1964. Darcy was the beloved and devoted wife of 25 “wunderbar” years to Paul Foust and was the proud and loving mother of Alaina. Darcy leaves behind many close family members and loving friends as she was loved by many and admired by all. Darcy was the Director of Nursing at Glendale Nursing Home and a lifelong learner who continued taking academic courses because she was dedicated to expanding her skills and knowledge. Darcy excelled in a variety of crafting activities and was also enthusiastic about traveling, boating and lakeside activities. Darcy was truly a devoted lovely women who possessed a joy and zest for life and for her family and friends. Those who knew her were touched in some way by her kindness and generosity.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday July 29, 2018 from 2-5pm at the Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Road Glenville. A celebration of life will follow at 5pm at the funeral home.
