I am sorry for your loss.
These are some of the random images I am having as I think about your dad.
The car that he had for a long time. I think it was a Studebaker?
The peppers he grew in the garden.
His meticulous care of the shellacked wood on the front of your house.
How often I would see him tossing a ball with Michael in the yard.
How he would shop for and cook a nice meal on the weekend. A man ahead of his time on that one.
The frequent walks he would take around the neighborhood in his retirement years. I was reminiscing about that with my parents today when I shared the sad news with them.
I am glad that you got to share some wonderful times together traveling. What a great gift that was from your parents.
