I have known Bill for 41 years. He was my father in law for many years, I couldn't have asked for more loving in laws. Bill was a wonderful Grandpa to my children. They love him like a father. In the past year Grandpa would light up when he was with his great Grandchildren. One of their favorite games was hitting a balloon around with the the grandkids, he especially enjoyed playing with his grandchildren & great grandchildren. Oh, how he would laugh & smile. Rest in Peace Bill. ♥️. You will be missed.
