When Andy was between 3 and 4 years old, he and his brother, Jay, would accompany me and my husband, who was their uncle, on our dates. The first time, when my husband picked me up, he told me that the boys were hiding in the back seat of the car and that they were going to pop up and surprise me. As we were walking toward the car, Andy popped his head out of the back window and said, "Hi, Ruth, we are surprising you." He was even making us laugh at such a young age. I miss him deeply. I'm sorry that I was unable to attend his memorial service, but I was there in spirit.

My sincere condolences for the loss of Andy, your brother, husband, father, and uncle. I recall Andy‘s quick wit, and fine, dry sense of humor; he was the only one who made me laugh at my father’s wake, referring to CRS disease, I never heard that one before! I appreciated that, under stressful times. He always was witty whenever we were in each others company I’m sorry I didn’t see him more, especially since we lived in close proximity.
