Helen we are so sorry to learn of Gene's passing. I grew up with Gene from Kindergarten thru High School. That's alot of years and many memories. I'm glad we re-connected a few years ago while working on our high school reunion. That's when Gene invited me on his boat to chase fish on Saratoga Lake. It gave us time to catch up on things and reminisce about the "good old days". And we caught fish too because he knew where to find them. May God comfort you during this difficult time.

Gene was a long-time colleague at SI Group. We worked together during the course of my 28 year tenure. He was always level-headed, genuine, friendly and supportive. He was in many ways an excellent mentor and source of knowledge. I will always remember his laugh and chuckle when something hit his funny bone. I will always have fond memories of Gene. May he rest in peace, and may the family gain strength from his example of dignity and poise.

Eugene was like a brother to me. He was always at our house when I was growing up. I lot of us Kids would play basketball, baseball. I will always remember our bowling league and our bowling banquets on the bus. He will be greatly missed by all of us. A true sweetheart.
