Dear Karen, Marion and I were deeply saddened to learn of George’s passing. When I started work at KAPL George was always there to ‘show me the ropes’ and help get me off to a good start. Early in my career I worked closely with George and found him to be an excellent engineer who knew the fundamentals and practical aspects of his work. In addition, he was generous with his time helping others and had a welcoming demeanor that made it fun to be with him. While I haven’t seen George for many years the passage of time has has not diminished my positive feelings about him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
