I first met Paul as a young engineer at GE in the 1980s. During that time I worked with him in some very difficult and for me, very stressful situations. Regardless of circumstances, Paul kept his calm and treated everyone with consideration and respect. I have always been grateful for having known Paul and have remembered him well over these years.

I am absolutely crushed to learn of this tremendous loss. Paul was a colleague after retiring from GE (but never really leaving Team GE), and he was the best at what he did for us and the Company. My condolences to his entire family, and thank you for sharing him with us. Too many great memories to recount, but I will truly miss our lunches at House of Nanking in SF when he came out to help us with a case - which he always did with a smile, despite the long travel involved. He will be greatly missed. -chuck sheldon

Although I first met Paul in the early 70’s, we only worked together from time to time on various steam turbine projects from Service Shops throughout the country. From the onset it was clear he was a man of honesty, integrity, with no agenda, only wanting to get the job done right – truly one of the good guys.
