During the summer while mowing the lawn I could always look forward to seeing Carolyn and Duncan on the deck. Carolyn always had this big warm smile. She was always happy to see you, We had a joke, Duncan would be hoping for a treat (which he wasn't suppose to have) and I would say hello to Duncan first, then Oh, hello Carolyn. We would laugh about it. We are going to miss this sweet lady.

Wow I love this so much. That one girl lying on her looks so sad and Aunt Carolyn has her hand on her shoulder to give her comfort. You can tell it means so much to the child.

My sadness turns to joy when I think about our late night summer chats on the porch, guidance about gardening or advice about fixing our pool. I will miss her infectious smile and her laugh.
