Dear Mr. and Mrs. York,
I was very saddened to hear of Marc’s passing. Although we did not keep in touch over the years, I have many fond memories of Marc. Playing soccer together, of course, for many years, but also working out together at what must have been Scotia’s very first fitness center- Nautilus For Life. I remember how grown up we felt at age 14 riding our ten speeds to NFL. Marc was my first workout partner- and we were going to get BIG! That never happened for me, but it was fun working with Marc to try to get there. Later in high school, I remember assisting Marc with his first environmental endeavor- the Scotia Environmental Action Force- SEA Force for short, which is catchy even now. I know you must be proud of all he did in his life. My thoughts are with you during this very difficult time.
