My name is John Brown, and I worked with Bob as a crane and rigging trainer for NYS Canals. Bob was a joy to work with, and in our many conversations over the five plus years I worked with him in the field and in the Albany office, I believe we became friends. I just "googled" him just now, thinking he had retired as his work phone number did not connect. It is always a shock when a friend is gone.
I pray that God in His great mercy will help your passage through the difficult "desert" of grief and you will soon be comforted in the "oasis" of thanksgiving for a life well lived.
