My condolences to Mrs Nancy Engert and family. I enjoyed Fran’s friendship back in the late 70’s, visiting at the apt on Euclid Ave he shared w/ his brother Fred. A cold beer, watch a movie or a game on TV and share crazy stories. Lots of laughs. My knickname is “do”, pronounced like doe. Fran changed it to dew and then called me dewey to annoy me. Sometimes he would call me The Bad Seed and laugh and laugh. Fran was quite the character and I know he will be greatly missed by so many. Best regards to his family and his friends.
