Judy and I met through our church and became close friends right away. We did the music at St Joseph's for 28 years and traveled the Albany Diocese playing at different churches for healing services and special liturgies. It developed into a special friendship where she taught me about nature and all it's beauty. She opened my eyes to all of God's beautiful works. She was always giving and caring to all who knew her and I'm just blessed to have known this sweet soul for so many years. Judy was the sister I never had and I'll treasure her influence on my life. As it says in the book of Sirach - A Faithful Friend is a Sturdy Shelter, One who finds One finds a treasure. Rest in Peace my dearest friend.

I will never forget the trip that Judy, Bunny Brundige and I took to Florida some 20 years ago. We spent a week in a great condo near Disney World and visited the parks every day. We then had a nice visit with Judy's brother John and his family in West Palm Beach. It was Judy's first visit to Florida, and Bunny's first vacation in a long time. As the years passed, we often talked about that trip and the wonderful memories. I will never forget it, and I am forever grateful to have been able to do it.
