It was a beautiful spring day. The sky was a brillant blue and the birds were chirping their approval of the warmer weather. Pop Pop, Nana, and I were off visit Elsie and Frank in Scotia. After a warm greeting, we sat down to a beautifully prepared luncheon with every detail carefully planned by Elsie. The afternoon drifted on as folks sat catching up on family news. Today, I remember how sweet both Elsie and Frank were as they so thoughfully cared for others. We were all blessed to know them.~Love, Lauri Kent (Roger and Bette's daughter)
