Mary and Family, I was deeply saddened to hear of Marcy's passing. I'll forever remember him as a very gentle, kind and caring man. I'll never forget our first "meeting", when I knocked a baseball thru your garage window when we first became neighbors. So many memories and all of them great. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Mary, I was so saddened to hear of Marcy's passing. I remember him as a sweet, gentle man who was a dedicated and loving husband and father. I know he will be greatly missed by not only his family, but also by his many friends. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know him, even for a little while. My deepest sympathy to you and your family, Fran

When I think of Marcy I think of family. We have celebrated many happy occasions in the wonderful family room Marcy added on to their house. When I remember Marcy it brings to mind the camp on Goodyear Lake. The camp was owned by Marcy's parents Harvey & Carrie Laures. We the Pardi family are not related to Harvey and Carrie. Mary was their daughr in law. But our entire family was welcome at the camp. Some of the happiest times of my life were at the camp. When my husband was on leave from the army in 1970 we spent time at the lake and used their sailboat. When we were in our 20's we spent time at the camp doing crazy stuff with Michele, Lisa and Nicki. I remember the campfires, the talent show and lot's of laughter. Marcy and Mary were at the helm of our extended family for many years. We were so lucky to have him.

Mr. Laures was a patient man. He taught science with exhuberance and even for those of us who struggled he was patient. He was the first teacher to discuss the role energy would play in our lives. I remember him fondly with great respect

Mr. Laures - What fond memories I have of you! From Science class to when you worked with Uncle Chuck. Ed was telling stories about you all building a deck - too funny! Now you can supervise from Heaven. Rest in Peace.
