James R. Safford, 80, passed away August 21, 2014 at Ellis Hospital. Jim is the loving husband of Betty (Lawrence) (Tremblay) Safford of Scotia. Survivors also include his son, his two daughters, two stepdaughters, sons-in laws, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private services conducted at the Glenville Funeral Home with Rev.
