I thought of calling you so many times & regrettably did not. I just wanted to say that you have always occupied a very special place in my heart. To the family of Carmen - he was a wonderful man who was funny, sweet, kind, gentle & so very talented. He performed at a supper club named "Toney's" & we became good friends. I hope his life was full of love & joy, so glad to see that he had a wonderful loving daughter. My greatest regret is that I never got to talk to him again. My sincerest & deepest condolences on your loss & I pray that you have comfort for having him in your life & shared his love.

I worked as a front woman for Mickey cee. We often went to see Carmen perform and he would. Come to the gourmet lounge to hang with us. Some years later we were performing in Sarasota fla. And we drove up to Tampa to celebrate carmen's birthday one year right after he bought the club. Carmen was always the. Consummate entertainer. A great voice and always a happy, gracious man. He will be missed. May he rest in peace. God bless
