I was blessed to have worked with Jo-Ann, even more blessed to have been able to call her my friend. We shared many days, some that were difficult to get through, but the one thing that left the greatest impression on me was Jo-Ann's ability to love and laugh. She reminded me of my mom, who I also lost to Alzheimer's. She had a zest for life, and lived it to the fullest in her own humble way. You could tell by looking into her eyes that what was going to happen next spelled trouble. I will always be grateful to God for placing her in my life. With sympathy to those she loved so much,
