Obituary of Rolande P. Pilczuk

Rolande P. Pilczuk, 96, of Clifton Park passed away peacefully on September 20, 2016. Born in Normandy, France, she was the daughter of the late Jules and Jeanne Briere. She married her soulmate of 66 years, the late Edwin Pilczuk. Together they created a beautiful family. Rolande was a teacher's aide for Niskayuna High School and a devoted participant at the Rexford Women's Club and Garden Club. Her most treasured gift in life was her family. Survivors include her devoted children: Michael Pilczuk (Sheri) and Christine Eisen (Simon); 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, as well as her sister in France, Marie Leroux. Rolande was predeceased by her sister Juliette Delabarre and brother Arsen Briere. A calling period will be held on Friday, September 23rd from 7:45 to 8:15 A.M at Glenville Funeral Home, 9 Glenridge Road, Glenville. Interment with Funeral Services will follow at 10 A.M. at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville NY.
