I'll always think of Aunt Norma as she is in a photo from when I was a kid, posing with the other golfers in our family's annual "Croatian Open." She is the lone female in the group and her warmth and lively spirit shine through in her smiling eyes. She is beautiful, graceful and glamorous but also athletic and strong. I can almost hear her laugh, she made it look like such fun to be a grownup,which, looking back is a testament to her spirit in light of the tragic loss she suffered when Uncle George died suddenly. Spirit, beauty, grace, generosity and strength are her hallmarks in my mind. The way she lived her life, selflessly and tirelessly caring for her family and working, even through her illness and advanced age is nothing short of remarkable and she will always be an inspiration for me. I'm proud so proud to be her niece. My heart goes out to her granddaughters and great grandchildren.
