I remember Barbara fondly as the leader of the Therapy Dog Committee for our dog club, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of NENY. She led a group of us on monthly visits to Sunnyview Hospital with our dogs. I believe Connie helped set up these visits. Barbara was a wonderful person and I'm glad to have known her, and also Bob, who I met several times.

I want to give my sincerest sympathies to all the Todt family or as I like to think my second family from may to September. Auntie Barbara was a special woman and I always looked forward to seeing her every May. The memories of those times will never leave me and I am so thankful to have known and loved her. RIP auntie Barbara I know you are in a better place.

On behalf of the entire Canadian Layzell clan, we send our deepest sympathy to the Todt family. We only had the privilege of getting to know Barbara and her wonderful family when we connected through a genealogy web site back in the late 1990's.
Meeting Barbara and her extended family at our Kingston home in July 1999 remains a major highlight of our family, and we certainly loved the opportunity to meet again in subsequent years until we moved to western Canada in 2008.
Barbara was a delight and will be missed by all who had the honour to meet and get to know her.

I am so sorry to hear that you lost Barbara - sister, mother and grandmother. We shared three years of training at the RVH and there we all somehow became "sisters", sharing the joys and the sorrows, and knew each other well. We will miss her.
